JTEC CORP Amends Mid-year Consolidated Outlook for FY 2013

JTEC CORP announced that it has lowered its mid-year consolidated outlook for revenue from JPY 1,131 million to JPY 1,091 million, and raised its mid-year consolidated outlook for operating profit from JPY 5 million to JPY 11 million, ordinary profit from JPY 5 million to JPY 12 million, net profit from JPY 2 million to JPY 8 million, and earnings per share from JPY 67.33 to JPY 194.63, for the fiscal year ending March 2013. The Company raised its mid-year consolidated outlook for operating profit, ordinary profit and net profit mainly due to the cost reduction.
