Agreement with state power investment corporation Shandong Energy Development Company Limited . Parties to cooperate in development of wind power in total size of 400-500 mw, with total investment of RMB4 billion or more . On 30 sept 2016, Shandong Ishine entered into a legally binding district exclusive strategic cooperation agreement . Registered capital of target company is rmb20 million . Target co will actively carry out construction of associated power network, expected to be put into use for wind power generation in q1 2017 . Shandong ishine shall acquire entire equity interests in target company from vendors at a consideration of rmb20 million .
