Bull-Dog Sauce Co Ltd Lowers Full-year Consolidated Outlook for FY 2013

Bull-Dog Sauce Co Ltd announced that it has lowered its full-year consolidated outlook for revenue from JPY 16,900 million to JPY 16,450 million, operating profit from JPY 900 million to JPY 650 million, ordinary profit from JPY 1,000 million to JPY 750 million, net profit from JPY 500 million to JPY 350 million, and earnings per share from JPY 7.24 to JPY 5.09, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. The Company lowered its full-year consolidated outlook mainly due to the decrease in sales of main products and increase in sales promotion cost.
