Shinyei Kaisha:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ending March 2016.Revenue forecast revised t to 42,500 million yen from 45,000 million yen.Operating profit forecast revised t to 380 million yen from 620 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast revised t to 230 million yen from 450 million yen.Net profit forecast revised t to a loss of 340 million yen from 250 million yen.Earnings per share revised t to a loss of 9.02 yen from 6.63 yen.Comments that impact of demand and weather, as well as increased cost of lawsuit are the main reasons for the forecast.Lowered year-end dividend forecast to 1.5 yen per share from 3 yen per share for FY ending March 2016.  Full Article
