TOYOTA BOSHOKU CORP Raises Full-year Consolidated Outlook and Amends Year-end Dividend Forecast for FY 2013

TOYOTA BOSHOKU CORP announced that it has raised its full-year consolidated outlook for revenue from JPY 1,010,000 million to JPY 1,070,000 million, operating profit from JPY 21,000 million to JPY 24,000 million, ordinary profit from JPY 23,000 million to JPY 29,000 million, net profit from JPY 8,000 million to JPY 13,000 million, and earnings per share from JPY 43.17 to JPY 70.16, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. The Company raised its full-year consolidated outlook mainly due to the increase in sales from main customers. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report its full-year consolidated outlook for revenue of JPY 1,035,030 million, operating profit of JPY 25,750 million and net profit of JPY 12,070 million, for the same fiscal year. The Company also has amended its year-end dividend forecast from an undetermined value, which was announced on October 31, 2012, to JPY 8 per share, for the same fiscal year.
