Wonder Corp Expects Extraordinary Profit for Q3 of FY 2014; Amends Mid-year and Full-year Consolidated Outlook for FY 2014

Wonder Corp announced that it expects the extraordinary profit of JPY 1,178 million caused by gain on sale of property of subsidiary, for the third quarter of fiscal year ending February 2014. The Company has lowered its mid-year consolidated outlook for revenue from JPY 46,000 million to JPY 42,485 million, operating profit from JPY 330 million to JPY 156 million, ordinary profit from JPY 350 million to JPY 228 million, and raised its mid-year consolidated outlook for net profit from JPY 50 million to JPY 146 million, and earnings per share from JPY 9.30 to JPY 27.19, for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2014. The Company has reaffirmed its full-year consolidated outlook for revenue of JPY 96,500 million, operating profit of JPY 1,300 million, ordinary profit of JPY 1,350 million, and raised its full-year consolidated outlook for net profit from JPY 500 million to JPY 1,100 million, and earnings per share from JPY 92.96 to JPY 204.50, for the same fiscal year. The Company lowered mid-year consolidated outlook for revenue, operating profit and ordinary profit mainly due to the decrease in sales of mobile phones, music software and game software, and raised its consolidated outlook for net profit mainly due to extraordinary profit caused by relocation of subsidiary's headquarters and gain on sale of property of subsidiary.
