MIYAJI ENGINEERING GROUP INC:Says the company remained the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue at 24,000 million yen for FY ending March 2015.Operating profit forecast increased to 950 million yen from 700 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 1,000 million yen from 600 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 850 million yen from 500 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 12.49 yen from 7.34 yen.Comments the increase in contract money and costs reduction are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article

MIYAJI ENGINEERING GROUP INC:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 22,000 million yen from 22,500 million yen for the fiscal year ended March 2014.Sees an increased operating profit forecast to 1,400 million yen from 1,100 million yen.Sees an increased ordinary profit forecast to 1,400 million yen from 1,000 million yen.Affirmed net profit forecast at 900 million yen.Affirmed earnings per share at 13.22 yen per share.Comments that delay of partial projects, cost price reduction, increase of contract amount by design change, liquidation of deferred tax debt and inclusion of deferred tax assets are the main reasons for the forecast.Says it expects an extraordinary loss of 606 million yen for the fourth quarter of fiscal year ended March 2014.Says the loss was recorded as impairment loss of fixed assets in subsidiary MIYAJI ENGINEERING CO., LTD.  Full Article

MIYAJI ENGINEERING GROUP INC announced that it has lowered consolidated full-year outlook for revenue from JPY 23,000 million to JPY 22,500 million, but raised the outlook for operating profit from JPY 700 million to JPY 1,100 million, ordinary profit from JPY 600 million to JPY 1000 million, net profit from JPY 500 million to JPY 900 million, earnings per share from JPY 7.34 to JPY 13.22 for the fiscal year ending March 2014.
