Billing System Corp Lowers Consolidated Full-year Outlook and Cancels Year-end Dividend Payment Plan for FY Ending December 31, 2012
Billing System Corp announced that it has lowered its consolidated full-year outlook for revenue from JPY 1,343 million to JPY 1,326 million, operating profit (loss) from JPY 89 million to JPY (82 million), ordinary profit (loss) from JPY 88 million to JPY (82 million), net profit (loss) from JPY 14 million to JPY (182 million) and earning per share (loss) from JPY 978.43 to JPY (12,122.09) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012. This is due to the decreased sales of finance support businesses, the recording of impairment loss on software as extraordinary loss, as well as the increased selling and general administrative expenses. The Company also resolved to cancel its year-end dividend of JPY 3,000.00 per share, which was announced on February 14, 2012, for the same fiscal year.
