Ateam Inc Announces Initial Public Offering

Ateam Inc announced that its stock will begin trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 4, 2012 under the symbol "3662". In its public offering, the Company will offer a total of 305,000 common shares, comprised of newly issued 300,000 shares and privately held 5,000 shares. The nominal offering price as of filing date of Registration Statement is JPY 1,040 per share and the fixed offering price will be announced at later date. Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co.Ltd., Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. and SBI SECURITIES Co.,Ltd. will be acting as underwriters for the offering.
