TODA KOGYO CORP Amends Consolidated Full-year Outlook for FY 2013

TODA KOGYO CORP announced that it has affirmed its consolidated full-year outlook for revenue of JPY 31,500 million, operating profit of a loss of JPY 350 million and ordinary profit of a loss of JPY 1,350 million, but lowered the outlook for net profit from JPY 1,200 million to JPY 400 million and earning per share from JPY 26.65 to JPY 8.88, for the fiscal year ending March 2013. The Company lowered the net profit outlook due to the less-than-expected extraordinary profit on the selling of subsidiary.
