KOEI CHEMICAL CO LTD:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 18,300 million yen from 19,000 million yen for FY ended March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 1,210 million yen from 1,000 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 1,100 million yen from 1,000 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 430 million yen from 350 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 17.58 yen from 14.31 yen.Comments that decreased sales revenue and decreased raw materials price and costs reduction are the main reasons for the forecast.Raised year-end dividend forecast to 8 yen per share from 7 yen per share for FY ended March 2016.  Full Article

KOEI CHEMICAL CO LTD:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 18,600 million yen from 19,300 million yen for FY ended March 2015.Operating profit forecast increased to 640 million yen from 200 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 700 million yen from 210 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 320 million yen from 130 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 13.08 yen from 5.31 yen.Comments the export delay of catalyst related products and electronic materials and costs reduction are the main reasons for the forecast.Raised year-end dividend forecast to 7 yen per share from 5 yen per share for FY ended March 2015.  Full Article
