JAPAN RELIANCE SERVICE CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 2,786 mln yen from 2,838 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 5 mln yen from 16 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 7 mln yen from 14 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 4 mln yen from 11 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 1.30 yen from 3.75 yen.Comments the increased costs as the main reason for the forecast.  Full Article

JAPAN RELIANCE SERVICE CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 5,415 million yen from 5,486 million yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.Sees an increased operating profit forecast to 76 million yen from 56 million yen.Sees an increased ordinary profit forecast to 79 million yen from 48 million yen.Sees an increased net profit forecast to 51 million yen from 28 million yen.Sees an increased earnings per share to 17.33 yen from 9.54 yen.Says profit outlook raised due to increased orders of large scale maintenance works and event operating activities, cost reduction, as well as extraordinary profit.  Full Article
