Nitta Gelatin Inc:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 31,900 million yen from 32,400 million yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 360 million yen from 600 million yen.Sees an increase of ordinary profit forecast to 950 million yen from 700 million yen.Sees an increase of net profit forecast to 580 million yen from 500 million yen.Sees an increase of earnings per share to 31.57 yen from 27.21 yen.FY 2015 revenues of 32.40 billion yen, net profit of 0.69 billion yen – Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.Comments that increased purchasing costs, as well as recording of foreign exchange profit are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article

Nitta Gelatin Inc announced that it has decided on the issue price at JPY 1,256 per share (JPY 3,014,400,000 in total) and paid-in price at JPY 1,204.2 per share (JPY 2,890,080,000 in total), to issue shares through public offering and paid-in price at JPY 1,204.2 per share (up to JPY 433,512,000 in total) through private placement, which was announced on July 10, 2013. Nitta Gelatin Inc announced that it has decided to issue 2,400,000 new shares of its common stock, through public offering, with SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. as the leading underwriter. The Company will also issue 360,000 shares through private placement, to SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. The other terms of the new share issuance will be decided and disclosed later.
