Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd:Says signed agreement on June 4 with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear) regarding termination of alliance agreement and joint ventures.Regarding four tire manufacturing and sales joint ventures, Sumitomo Rubber Industries to wholly owned Goodyear Dunlop Tires North America, Ltd (Sumitomo Rubber Industries currently hold 25 pct stake) and a Japan-based JV (Sumitomo Rubber Industries currently hold 75 pct stake).Goodyear to wholly owned Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe B.V. (Goodyear currently hold 75 pct stake) and a Japan-based JV (Goodyear currently hold 25 pct stake).Regarding joint purchasing and joint technology development joint ventures, Goodyear - SRI Global Purchasing Co.
