DANTO HOLDINGS CORP:Says it expects an extraordinary profit of 270 mln yen recorded as gain on sale of stocks for fiscal year ending Dec. 2016.Says the company reaffirmed the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue at 2,900 mln yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2016.Confirms the operating profit forecast at a loss of 180 mln yen.Confirms the ordinary profit forecast at a loss of 150 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 120 mln yen from a loss of 150 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 4.04 yen from a loss of 5.06 yen.Says the company reaffirmed the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue at mln yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2016.Confirms the operating profit forecast at a loss of 250 mln yen.Confirms the ordinary profit forecast at a loss of 210 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 60 mln yen from a loss of 210 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 2.02 yen from a loss of 7.08 yen.Says net profit outlook raised due to the extraordinary profit recorded.  Full Article

DANTO HOLDINGS CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 6,000 mln yen from 6,500 mln yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to a loss of 410 mln yen from a loss of 200 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to a loss of 380 mln yen from a loss of 200 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 470 mln yen from a loss of 260 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 15.87 yen from a loss of 8.78 yen.Comments the lower demand due to the increased consumption tax, increased raw material cost are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article
