Nippon Yakin Kogyo Co., Ltd. announced that it has lowered its consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue from JPY 65,000 million to JPY 55,000 million, operating profit from JPY 1,000 million to a loss of JPY 2,000 million, ordinary profit from JPY 0 million to a loss of JPY 3,000 million, net profit from JPY 0 million to a loss of JPY 3,200 million and earning per share from JPY 0.00 to a loss of JPY 20.69, for the fiscal year ending March 2012. The Company has also lowered its consolidated full-year outlook for revenue from JPY 130,000 million to JPY 117,000 million, operating profit from JPY 3,500 million to JPY 0 million, ordinary profit from JPY 1,500 million to a loss of JPY 1,500 million, net profit from JPY 1,000 million to a loss of JPY 1,800 million and earning per share from JPY 6.46 to a loss of JPY 11.64, for the fiscal year ending March 2013. The Company lowered the outlook due to the decreased demands and the cost reduction. In addition, the Company has changed its mid-term dividend forecast from an undetermined value to JPY 0.00 per share, and maintained its year-end dividend forecast of an undetermined value, for the fiscal year ending March 2013.
