Osaka Titanium Technologies Co Ltd:Says it expects an extraordinary loss of 9,500 million yen recorded as an impairment loss for the fiscal year ending March 2016.Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 41,700 mln yen from 46,800 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to a loss of 1,100 mln yen from 1,800 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to a loss of 1,000 mln yen from 2,300 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 8,200 mln yen from 1,300 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 222.83 yen from 35.33 yen.Comments the decreased sale volume and increased cost in core business and extraordinary loss are the main reasons for the forecast.To pay no dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Latest dividend forecast was an undetermined value.  Full Article

Osaka Titanium Technologies Co Ltd:Says the company increased the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 23,400 mln yen from 21,700 mln yen, for the fiscal year ending March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 400 mln yen from 0 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 900 mln yen from 0 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 600 mln yen from a loss of 100 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 16.30 yen from a loss of 2.72 yen.Comments the yen devaluation and increased sale volume in titanium business are the main reasons for the forecast.Says it raised the mid-year dividend forecast to 5 yen per share from 0 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 2016.  Full Article
