LIXIL Group Corporation's Subsidiary to Offer Early-retirement Program

LIXIL Group Corporation announced that its subsidiary will offer an early-retirement program to its employees, who are above 40 years old to 59 years old and have been working for the Company or some of its subsidiaries for five years or longer. This program excludes employees, who have less than six months till they reach their mandatory retirement age. The early-retirement program, which will be offered during the period from August 20, 2012 to August 31, 2012, will include severance pay and outplacement support. The subsidiary of the Company expects approximately 900 employees to take up the offer and the employees will retire on October 25, 2012.
