China Spacesat Co Ltd and Subsidiary to Divest Holdings
China Spacesat Co Ltd announced that the Company and its subsidiary, Space Star Technology Co., Ltd., will respectively transfer a 14.75% and a 70% stake in a Beijing-based aero technology company, which is engaged in the development and production of thin-film heater and secondary development of simulation software, to an investment management company, for approximately RMB 3,252,100 and RMB 15,434,000.
