Nanjing Central Emporium (Group) Stocks Co Ltd to Set up Joint Venture

Nanjing Central Emporium (Group) Stocks Co Ltd announced that it will invest RMB 7 million to set up a joint venture with its subsidiary, a Xuzhou-based department store company, with each to hold a 70% and a 30% stake. The joint venture will be with a registered capital of RMB 100 million and be engaged in the sale of daily necessities, cultural and sporting goods, watches, glasses and camera equipment, needle textiles, clothing, footwear, household goods, hardware, chemical products, rubber products, plastic products, labor supplies, arts and crafts, instrumentation, furniture, household appliances, computer accessories, gold, silver, jewelry, among others.
