Wuhan Yangtze Communication Industry Group Co Ltd Announces Change in Shareholding Structure

Wuhan Yangtze Communication Industry Group Co Ltd that the Company's shareholders, a Wuhan-based economic development investment group company (Company A) and a Wuhan-based state-owned holding company (Company B), have respectively transferred 35,792,820 shares (an 18.08% stake) and 20,889,477 shares (a 10.55% stake) of the Company to a Wuhan-based technology company (Company C) as capital injection. After that, Company A's holdings in the Company decreased from 28.69% to 10.61%, while Company B's holdings decreased from 16.75% to 6.2%. Company C began to hold a 28.63% stake.
