Changlin Co Ltd to Set up Subsidiaries or Joint Venture

Changlin Co Ltd announced that it will respectively invest RMB 8 million and RMB 11 million to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Russia and Nigeria, named Changlin Construction Machinery Limited and Changlin Nigeria Limited. The Company will also invest RMB 11 million to set up a wholly owned subsidiary, or a joint venture, named Changlin Company (Brazil) Limited in Brazil. All the three entities will be engaged in the import and export, production, sale and leasing of complete sets of equipment, machinery and electronic products, and spare parts.
