Xiamen Xgma Machinery Co Ltd Announces Change in Shareholding Structure

Xiamen Xgma Machinery Co Ltd announced that the Company's shareholder, CCRE Group, which originally held 371,522,859 shares of the Company, purchased 21.50 million shares of the Company in the Company's public offering of 160 million A shares of common stock with par value of RMB 1 per share at RMB 6.42 per share. CCRE Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Xiamen XGMA Heavy Industry Co., Ltd, also holds 69,993,067 shares of the Company. After that, CCRE Group's total holdings in the Company decreased from 55.26% (441,515,926 shares) to 48.28% (463,015,926 shares).
