Mediaflag Inc:Says it expects an extraordinary loss of 243 million yen and 126 million yen as impairment loss for the first three quarters of the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 7,780 mln yen from 8,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 94 mln yen from 400 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 54 mln yen from 360 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 400 mln yen from 210 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 88.07 yen from 46.14 yen.Comments the extraordinary losses as the main reasons for the forecast.Cancels the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Latest dividend forecast was 3 yen per share.  Full Article
