Myotoku Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 2,612 million yen from 2,631 million yen for FY ending Dec. 2015.Operating profit forecast increased to 466 million yen from 457 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 484 million yen from 472 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 270 million yen from 240 million yen.Earnings per share increased to 36.50 yen from 32.50 yen.Comments the demand decrease for electronic component of smart phone and costs reduction are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article

Myotoku Ltd:Says the company reaffirmed the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue as 1,268 million yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Sees an increase of mid-year operating profit forecast to 216 million yen from 164 million yen.Sees an increase of mid-year ordinary profit forecast to 223 million yen from 172 million yen.Sees a decrease of mid-year net profit forecast to 79 million yen from 102 million yen.Sees a decrease of mid-year earnings per share to 10.78 yen from 13.78 yen.Says the company reaffirmed the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue as 2,631 million yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Sees an increase of full-year operating profit forecast to 457 million yen from 405 million yen.Sees an increase of full-year ordinary profit forecast to 472 million yen from 421 million yen.Sees a decrease of full-year net profit forecast to 240 million yen from 262 million yen.Sees a decrease of full-year earnings per share to 32.50 yen from 35.39 yen.Comments that the cost down and productivity improvement are the main reasons for the forecast.Reaffirms mid-year dividend outlook of 3.50 yen per share, as well as year-end dividend outlook of 5.50 yen per share, for the same fiscal year.  Full Article
