Co Ltd:Says the company raised the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ending March 2016.Revenue forecast increased to 26,500 million yen from 23,500 million yen.Operating profit forecast increased to 1,400 million yen from 1,200 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 1,450 million yen from 1,250 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 870 million yen from 750 million yen.Earnings per share forecast increased to 97.54 yen from 84.09 yen.Comments that majority stake acquisition in a Japan-based company is the main reason for the forecast.  Full Article

Co Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 16,600 million yen from 18,000 million yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.Sees an increased operating profit forecast to 780 million yen from 700 million yen.Sees an increased ordinary profit forecast to 960 million yen from 680 million yen.Sees an increased net profit forecast to 630 million yen from 430 million yen.Sees an increased earnings per share to 70.63 yen from 48.21 yen.Says the profit outlook raised due to the improvement in industrial instrument business, control communications system business and heating equipment business, as well as profit on currency exchange.  Full Article
