TOYO ELECTRIC CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 4,229 mln yen from 4,406 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 98 mln yen from 185 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 168 mln yen from 208 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 112 mln yen from 134 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 13.03 yen from 15.63 yen.Comments the decreased sales in core businesses and increased cost are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article

TOYO ELECTRIC CORP:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 8,662 million yen from 8,609 million yen, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.Sees operating profit of 307 million yen raised from 302 million yen.Sees ordinary profit of 374 million yen raised from 316 million yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 29 million yen from 154 million yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 3.39 yen from 17.89 yen.Says net profit outlook lowered due to the extraordinary loss on the dissolution of the employees’ pension fund.  Full Article
