Ubiteq, INC. Amends Consolidated Mid-year Outlook for FY 2012

Ubiteq, INC. announced that it has lowered its consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue from JPY 1,920 million to JPY 1,790 million, operating profit from JPY 190 million to JPY 125 million, ordinary profit from JPY 185 million to JPY 115 million, net profit from JPY 95 million to JPY 55 million and earning per share from JPY 666.29 to JPY 385.43, for the fiscal year ending June 2012. The Company lowered the outlook due to the decreased orders, among others.
