Nippon Avionics Co Ltd <6946.T>: Says its Yamanashi-based unit, which is engaged in production of printed wiring board, will sell Yamanashi-located land to Central Japan Railway Co <9022.T> . Says the unit will get 7.39 billion yen as compensation . Says the unit will sell the printed wiring board business to Oki Electric Industry Co Ltd <6703.T> and its two wholly owned units, effective March 31, 2018 .Says the selling price is not disclosed.  Full Article

Nippon Avionics lowers consolidated full-year outlook and expects extraordinary losses for FY 2015

Nippon Avionics Co Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 25,500 million yen from 27,000 million yen for FY ended March 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 450 million yen from 550 million yen.Sees ordinary profit forecast at 400 million yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to - 450 million yen from 300 million yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to - 15.93 yen from 10.62 yen.Comments the sales decrease and foreign exchange gain and extraordinary losses are the main reasons for the forecast.Expects extraordinary loss of about 260 mln yen as maintenance and repairing loss for FY 2015.Expects extraordinary loss of about 40 mln yen as loss from transaction of instrumentation business for FY 2015.  Full Article
