CMK CORP:Says it expects an extraordinary loss of 4,128 million yen recorded as an impairment loss and 2,833 mln yen as loss on business restructuring cost for Q2 of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 74,000 mln yen from 75,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 200 mln yen from 1,500 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to a loss of 800 mln yen from 1,100 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 8,000 mln yen from 700 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 135.14 yen from 11.82 yen.Comments the decreased sales overseas, decreased demands and extraordinary losses are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article

CMK to offer early-retirement program

CMK CORP:To offer an early-retirement program to employees, who are above 40 years old and have worked in the company for three years or more, as of Sep. 30.Offering period from Nov. 2 to Nov. 13.The company expects 200 employees to take the offer.Says the employees who take up the offer will retire on Dec. 31.The company will provide retirement payment and outplacement support to the retiring employees.  Full Article
