Kasai Kogyo raises consolidated full-year outlook for FY 2016; to issue mid-year dividend and raises year-end dividend forecast for FY 2016

Kasai Kogyo Co Ltd:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 230,000 mln yen from 220,000 mln yen, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 14,700 mln yen from 12,000 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 14,300 mln yen from 11,800 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 7,200 mln yen from 6,600 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 189.30 yen from 174.73 yen.Comments the improved sale performance in North America and Asia market and the impact of the strong yen are the main reasons for the forecast.To issue a mid-year dividend of 12 yen per share to all the shareholders of record as of Sep. 30, for the fiscal year ending March 2016.Payment date Dec. 7.Says the dividend is above latest forecast of 10 yen per share.Says it raised the year-end dividend forecast to 12.00 yen per share from 10 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 2016.  Full Article
