HI-LEX CORPORATION to Issue Mid-term Dividend for FY 2011; Amends Year-end Dividend Forecast for FY 2011

HI-LEX CORPORATION announced that it has decided to issue a mid-term dividend of JPY 15.00 per share (JPY 570 million in total), below the latest forecast of JPY 20.00 per share announced on December 13, 2010, to all the shareholders of record as April 30, 2011. The dividend will be paid on July 5, 2011. In addition, the Company has also changed its year-end dividend forecast from JPY 20.00 per share to an undetermined value, for the fiscal year ending October 2011.
