NAKAYAMAFUKU CO LTD:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 48,512 mln yen from 46,000 mln yen, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 1,321 mln yen from 1,415 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 2,152 mln yen from 2,200 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 1,437 mln yen from 1,396 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 71.22 yen from 69.17 yen.Says revenue and net profit outlook raised due to the increased sales, cost reduction and extraordinary profit.  Full Article

NAKAYAMAFUKU CO LTD:Lowers full-year consolidated outlook for fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.Full-year revenue outlook of 44,493 mln yen lowered from 46,000 mln yen.Full-year operating profit outlook of 1,193 mln yen lowered from 1,498 mln yen.Full-year ordinary profit outlook of 2,066 mln yen lowered from 2,313 mln yen.Full-year net profit outlook of 1,145 mln yen lowered from 1,436 mln yen.Full-year earnings per share outlook of 56.76 yen lowered from 71.15 yen.Outlook lowered due to impact by increased consumption tax and raised purchase cost due to yen depreciation.Sees year-end dividend of 29 yen per share (including 2 yen per share as bonus dividend), above latest dividend forecast of 27 yen per share, for fiscal year 2015.  Full Article
