AMSC Co Ltd Offers Takeover Bid for Common Shares of AMSC Co Ltd
AMSC Co Ltd announced that it has decided to repurchase all the common stock (3,768,748 shares, or a 73.06% stake) of the Company, at the price of JPY 210 per share, or for JPY 791,437,080 in total, during the period from February 4, 2013 to March 31, 2013. The settlement will start on March 29, 2013. After this, The Company's stock will be delisted from Jasdaq Market of Osaka Securities Exchange.
