TOMEN ELECTRONICS CORP to Establish Joint Venture with Subsidiaries of Toyota Tsusho Corp
TOMEN ELECTRONICS CORP announced that it has decided to establish an Indonesia-based joint venture PT. Toyota Tsusho Tomen Electronics Indonesia, which will be engaged in the sale of semiconductor and other electrical parts, with two subsidiaries of Toyota Tsusho Corp, in February 1, 2013. PT. Toyota Tsusho Tomen Electronics Indonesia will be capitalized at USD 2,500,000, TOMEN ELECTRONICS and the two subsidiaries of Toyota Tsusho Corp will each hold a 45%, 45% and a 10% stake in the joint venture, respectively.
