Global-Dining Inc:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 9,537 mln yen from 9,684 mln yen for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2105.Operating profit forecast increased to 142 mln yen from 115 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 154 mln yen from 114 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 22 mln yen from 31 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 2.28 yen from 3.10 yen.Says revenue outlook lowered due to the decreased sales in existing stores overseas.  Full Article

Global-Dining Inc:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 4,591 million yen from 4,887 million yen for FY ending Dec. 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to -33 million yen from 26 million yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to -27 million yen from 19 million yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to -92 million yen from 9 million yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to -9.21 yen from 0.95 yen.Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 9,684 million yen from 10,076 million yen for FY ending Dec. 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 115 million yen from 181 million yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 114 million yen from 165 million yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 31 million yen from 137 million yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 3.1 yen from 13.68 yen.Comments the decreased customer number and extraordinary loss are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article
