SEKI CO LTD:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 5,928 million yen from 5,960 million yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Sees an increase of mid-year operating profit forecast to 277 million yen from 180 million yen.Sees an increase of mid-year ordinary profit forecast to 377 million yen from 270 million yen.Sees a decrease of mid-year net profit forecast to 113 million yen from 160 million yen.Sees a decrease of mid-year earnings per share to 27.34 yen from 38.41 yen.Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 12,000 million yen from 12,300 million yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of full-year operating profit forecast to 450 million yen from 480 million yen.Sees a decrease of full-year ordinary profit forecast to 630 million yen from 660 million yen.Sees a decrease of full-year net profit forecast to 340 million yen from 430 million yen.Sees a decrease of full-year earnings per share to 81.62 yen from 103.23 yen.Comments that increased sales of publishing and advertising business, as well as the recording of loss on individual information leaking measurement as extraordinary loss are the main reasons for the forecast.  Full Article
