NODA CORP Announces Extraordinary Profit for Q3 of FY 2012; Amends Consolidated Full-year Outlook for FY 2012

NODA CORP announced that it will record a JPY 515 million extraordinary profit on the receiving of subsidy for damages caused by earthquake, for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending November 2012. In addition, the Company has maintained its consolidated full-year outlook for revenue of JPY 52,200 million, operating profit of JPY 2,050 million and ordinary profit of JPY 2,000 million, but raised the outlook for net profit from JPY 1,600 million to JPY 2,050 million and earning per share from JPY 105.90 to JPY 135.80, for the fiscal year ending November 2012. The Company raised the net profit outlook due to the record of extraordinary profit.
