MITSUBISHI PENCIL CO LTD Raises Year-end Dividend Forecast for FY 2012
MITSUBISHI PENCIL CO LTD announced that it has resolved to distribute a bonus dividend in commemoration of the 30th anniversary for launch of its main product Posca. Therefore, the Company has raised its year-end dividend from JPY 12.50 per share, which was announced on February 13, 2012, to JPY 13.50 per share (JPY 12.50 per share of a common dividend and JPY 1.00 per share of a bonus dividend), for the fiscal year ending December 2012.
