Takashima & Co Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 93,000 million yen from 100,000 million yen for FY ending March 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 1,700 million yen from 2,000 million yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 1,850 million yen from 2,100 million yen.Sees a decrease of net profit attributable to parent company's shareholders forecast to 1,350 million yen from 1,450 million yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 29.87 yen from 32.08 yen.Comments the sales decrease in solar energy related business is the main reason for the forecast.  Full Article

Takashima & Co Ltd:Says 3,635,713 shares of Ono Sangyo Co Ltd were offered in a takeover bid by Takashima & Co Ltd from Aug. 14 to Sep. 29.Acquisition price at 1,465 yen per share.Payment date on Oct. 6.Say Takashima will become the top shareholder of Ono Sangyo, holding 94.15 pct of voting power, up from 0 pct.The existing top shareholder of Ono Sangyo will cut voting power to 0 pct from 24.84 pct.  Full Article
