SEIKO HOLDINGS CORP:Says its subsidiary to set up a joint venture with Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) in September, and the subsidiary and DBJ will hold a 40 pct and 60 pct respectively in the new JV.Says the subsidiary to transfer 10 pct stake in JV to DBJ in Jan. 2018, and the subsidiary and DBJ will hold a 30 pct and 70 pct respectively in the new JV after the transaction.Says transaction amount is undetermined.  Full Article
