IWATANI CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 616,000 mln yen from 700,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 20,400 mln yen from 20,700 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 21,500 mln yen from 21,000 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 12,300 mln yen from 11,000 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 49.98 yen from 44.69 yen.FY 2016 revenues of 737.50 billion yen, net income of 12.59 billion yen – Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.Revenue outlook lowered due to the lower sale price of LP gas, net profit outlook raised due to improved sale gross margin rate.Says it raised the year-end dividend forecast to 8 yen per share from 7 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 2016.  Full Article

IWATANI CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for revenue to 301,700 mln yen from 325,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 6,350 mln yen from 5,700 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 6,830 mln yen from 5,700 mln yen.Net profit forecast increased to 3,580 mln yen from 2,500 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 14.55 yen from 10.15 yen.Says the revenue outlook lowered due to the lower import price than expected.  Full Article

IWATANI CORP:To issue 2020 due euro-yen denominated convertible bonds with subscription warrants, worth 30 billion yen.Says issue price at 100.5 pct of par value with coupon rate of 0 pct.Says issue date on Oct. 22 (London time).Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Nomura International plc will act as main underwriters.Says warrants with the convertibles can be exercised during the period from Nov. 5 to Oct. 8, 2020.Bonds maturity date on Oct. 22, 2020 (London time).Proceeds raised will be used to invest in projects and to fulfill working capital.  Full Article

IWATANI CORP:Says the company amended the consolidated full-year outlook for the FY ended March 2015.Confirmed the revenue at 692,000 million yen.Operating profit forecast increased to 11,100 million yen from 9,500 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 12,700 million yen from 10,300 million yen.Net profit forecast increased to 6,100 million yen from 4,300 million yen.Earnings per share forecast increased to 24.79 yen from 17.48 yen.FY 2015 revenues of 702.83 billion yen, net income of 5.01 billion yen – Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.Comments that sale of inventory is the main reason for the forecast.  Full Article
