UNY CO LTD Raises Year-end Dividend Forecast for FY 2013
UNY CO LTD announced that it has resolved to distribute a bonus dividend of JPY 2 per share in commemoration of its transfer to holding company structure. Therefore, the Company has amended its year-end dividend from JPY 11 per share, which was announced on April 9, 2012, to JPY 13 per share (JPY 11 per share of a common dividend and JPY 2 per share of a bonus dividend), for the fiscal year ending February 2013.
