Osaka Securities Exchange Co Ltd Raises Consolidated Full-year Forecast for FY 2013; Raises Year-end Dividend Forecast for FY 2013

Osaka Securities Exchange Co Ltd announced that it has raised the consolidated full-year forecast for revenue from JPY 62,500 million to JPY 67,500 million, operating profit from JPY 11,000 million to JPY 15,500 million, ordinary profit from JPY 13,000 million to JPY 17,500 million, net profit from JPY 7,000 million to JPY 9,500 million and earning per share from JPY 206.60 to JPY 280.39 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013. The Company raised the consolidated full-year forecast due to increased sales amount. The Company has also raised the year-end dividend forecast from JPY 50.00 per share to JPY 70.00 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013.According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of JPY 70.19 billion and net profit of JPY 9.99 billion for the fiscal year ending March 2013.
