FUJITOMI CO., LTD. Expects Extraordinary Losses for Q3 of FY 2012; Expects Extraordinary Loss and Extraordinary Profit for Q4 of FY 2012

FUJITOMI CO., LTD. announced that it expects the extraordinary loss of JPY 144 million, including the extraordinary loss of JPY 126 million caused by the head office relocation expenses, the extraordinary loss of JPY 12 million caused by the change of commodity futures trading system, as well as the extraordinary loss of JPY 6 million caused by the loss on sale of investment securities, for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2012. The Company also expects the extraordinary loss caused by the subsidiary relocation expenses, as well as the extraordinary profit of approximately JPY 45 million caused by the gain on sale of former head office asset, for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2012.
