Taiheiyo Kouhatsu Incorporated:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 29,400 mln yen from 29,000 mln yen for FY ended March 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 750 mln yen from 700 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 630 mln yen from 600 mln yen.Net profit forecast decreased to 210 mln yen from 400 mln yen.Earnings per share increased to 2.70 yen from 5.14 yen.Comments decreased expenses on management is the main reason for the forecast.Expects an extraordinary loss of 137 mln yen for FY ended March 2016.Reason is that the book values of the asset were written down to the recoverable amount, and resulting decrease was recognized as extraordinary loss.  Full Article

Taiheiyo Kouhatsu Incorporated:Says the company increased the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 29,400 mln yen from 29,000 mln yen, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.Operating profit forecast increased to 750 mln yen from 700 mln yen.Ordinary profit forecast increased to 630 mln yen from 600 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 210 mln yen from 400 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 2.70 yen from 5.14 yen.Comments the increased construction order volume in unit and management cost reduction are the main reasons for the forecast.Says it expects an extraordinary loss of 137 million yen recorded as an impairment loss for the fiscal year ended March 2016.  Full Article
