NIHON ESLEAD CORPORATION announced that it will form a business and capital alliance with MORI TRUST CO., LTD. The two companies will collaborate in the planning, development and sale of apartment house business. In addition, the top shareholder of the Company and another shareholder of the Company, a Hyogo-based company engaged in the holding and management of investment securities, will sell 4,106,800 shares and 893,200 shares of the Company to MORI TRUST respectively on February 24, 2012.
