Fukuoka REIT Corp Raises Financial Guidance and Affirms Distribution per Unit for Fiscal Period Ending August 2013

Fukuoka REIT Corp announced that it has raised the financial guidance for revenue from JPY 7,191 million to JPY 7,449 million, operating profit from JPY 2,628 million to JPY 2,835 million, ordinary profit from JPY 1,994 million to JPY 2,237 million, net profit from JPY 1,993 million to JPY 2,236 million and affirmed the guidance for distribution per unit of JPY 16,200 for the fiscal period ending August 31, 2013. The Company raised the financial guidance due to acquisition of properties and issuance of new investment units.
