Housefreedom Co Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 6,100 mln yen from 6,856 mln yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 120 mln yen from 222 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 100 mln yen from 189 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to 55 mln yen from 121 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to 13.38 yen from 29.53 yen.Comments the sluggish in core business as the main reason for the forecast.Says it lowered the year-end dividend forecast to 15 yen per share from 20 yen per share for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2015.  Full Article

Housefreedom Co Ltd:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 2,566 million yen from 2,817 million yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 20 million yen from 33 million yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 6 million yen from 18 million yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 6 million yen from 11 million yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 1.6 yen from 2.73 yen.Comments that the loss in subsidiary is the main reason for the forecast.  Full Article
