Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (group) Co Ltd's Subsidiary to Set up Joint Venture with Companies including Dazhong Transportation (Group) Co Ltd

Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (group) Co Ltd announced that the Company's subsidiary, a Jiading-based sewage treatment company, has signed an agreement with companies including Dazhong Transportation (Group) Co Ltd (Dazhong Transportation) and Shanghai Jialeng Songzhi Automobile Aircondition Co., Ltd. (Jialeng Songzhi), to set up a joint venture, a Shanghai-based micro finance company with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. The subsidiary, Dazhong Transportation and Jialeng Songzhi will respectively invest RMB 38 million, RMB 60 million and RMB 20 million to hold a 19%, a 30% and a 10% stake.
